Kindergarten Supply List  
1  box of crayons (24)
1 package of pencils (regular size/number 2)
1 pair of scissors (Fiskar’s brand)
1 bottle of glue (Elmer’s White Glue)
1 glue sticks
1 book bag 
No rolling bags will be accepted.  The book bag should be large enough to carry a folder and other items.
1 bath towel (for rest/quiet time)
1 box of tissues
1 roll of paper towels
1 box of band-aids


Boys may bring---1 container of wipes and 1 box of Ziploc style bags (gallon size)
Girls may bring---1 bottle of hand sanitizer and 1 box of Ziploc style bags (sandwich size)

 

Additional items will be requested by your child's teacher when school begins.

Planners will cost $6.00 and can be collected at the Ice Cream Social on Aug 10 at 6pm.  Checks should be made out to Southside Elementary.

(Some items may be slightly different based on teacher preference)
 

1 pack/box of Pencils (Ms. Crank’s class does not need pencils)

1 pair scissors

1 pack of 2 glue sticks (Ms. Crank’s and Mrs. Ping’s class do not need glue)

1 24 pack of crayons (no bigger please)

4 Two-pocket folders (1 blue for centers, 3 free choice)

1 One-subject wide rule notebook

1 composition book

2 boxes of tissues

1 roll of paper towels

1 small school box (must fit in desk)

1 container of baby wipes (to wash desks with)

1 container of hand sanitizer (Ms. Crank’s class does not need hand sanitizer)

1 pack of Dry Erase Markers (chisel tipped any color)

1 sheet of felt to be used for erasers on dry erase boards

1 pack of 3 x 3 Post-It Notes

Many homework projects require the kids to color, cut, and glue. We suggest that you keep extra supplies at home.

Supplies REQUIRED for all students:
 
Regular-sized backpack
Notebook paper (loose-leaf) at least 3 packs (This always runs out!)
5 total (2-pocket) folders w/three prongs
     1 each of yellow, blue, green, purple, and red (these will be color coordinated to each content area)
1 pocket folder (student choice, but other than the colors above).
2 spiral notebooks (100 or more pages-college ruled)
Large plastic pouch (for carrying pens, pencils). NO PENCIL BOXES!
1 box colored pencils (very important!)
1 Sharpie (any color)
Scissors
Glue Stick or School Glue
1 pack red pens (for correcting papers)
3-12 packs of Pencils (#2) NO MECHANICAL PENCILS!
Highlighters
